my evolving decor style

In the last year or so, I’ve been shifting towards a more mid-century modern focus in my decor.

I truly believe personal style evolves over time, and that couldn’t be more true for me.

I still prefer a more feminine and warm atmosphere so to soften the modern style, I’ve started adding in boho touches. Boho decor adds a fresh, dreamy, relaxed vibe.

When people think bohemian in the traditional sense, you may think bold, heavy colors and patterns.

There are so many variations though! I prefer keeping things light, airy, and neutral for my base palette.

To achieve that dreamy boho look, I add in plants (fake or real), natural textures, and the occasional pop of color with a rug.
